Naga Thai Kitchen and Bar is the brightest, newest star of New York City’s popular Spice Thai Restaurant Group’s culinary constellation. Naga brings sparkle and spice to Dallas’ chic Victory Park and honors its founders’ enduring commitment to traditional Thai flavors at value prices, Dallas locals who love the heat of native Tex Mex jalapenos, will surely delight in the distinctive Thai chili notes of Naga’s deftly crafted dishes. Naga serves Thai cuisine which is redolent and rich with exotic and distinctive flavors. These inspired and time tested dishes are sure to impress the veteran Thai food connoisseur as well as seduce those new to these heady delights.

The group responsible for this Thai transplant into Victory Park call themselves “Three Thais and a White Guy.” Recognizing Dallas as the perfect destination for spice and sophistication, Kitti Lirtpanaruk, founder of the New York based multi-unit Spice Thai Restaurant Group, Sea Thai Bistro and Peep Thai Nouveau wanted to “use his noodle” and expand his culinary empire. DFW locals, Tom Chawana, founder of Nandina, and Lam Promwanrat, partner in Jasmine, embraced Kitti’s vision and teamed together to round out this impressive Thai trio. The “white guy” is native Texan Jeffrey Yarbrough, local Public Relations/Marketing/Real estate exec and former restaurateur (Liberty Noodles). In early 2010, these Naga Thai guys welcomed capacity crowds of local cognoscenti to the grand opening of their casually chic, steely sleek, Victory Park venue.
